We perform four different types of epoxy floor system installations at residential, commercial and industrial locations. Our resin and hardener systems provide unmatched durability and longevity for these epoxy floors.
CONCRETE PREPARATION
The most important part of any epoxy system installation is the preparation of the concrete. We use diamond grinding tools to prepare the concrete substrate for epoxy application. We also repair cracks, pits, spalls and other damage.
STANDARD SYSTEM
Our standard system is very popular in industrial locations. It is a solid color system that has excellent slip resistance and provides superior resistance to forklift and truck tires. This system is also very popular in auto care facilities. Our procedure is as follows:
Diamond grind concrete substrate.
Repair cracks, pits, spalls and other damage.
Apply pigmented epoxy primer.
Broadcast silica sand into the epoxy primer.
Apply UV resistant pigmented epoxy top coat.
FLAKE SYSTEM
Our flake system is the perfect garage floor epoxy system, and is also popular in commercial settings. We also install it outside on stoops and patios. It provides superior resistance to auto tires, and the textured system provides excellent slip resistance. Our installation procedure is as follows:
Diamond grind concrete substrate.
Repair cracks, pits, spalls and other damage.
Apply pigmented epoxy primer.
Broadcast flake (vinyl chips) into the epoxy primer.
Apply UV resistant clear epoxy top coat.
QUARTZ SYSTEM
Our quartz system is designed for industrial locations where heavy-duty protection is required. It is our most durable of our epoxy floor coatings. Our installation procedure is as follows:
Diamond grind concrete substrate.
Repair cracks, pits, spalls and other damage.
Apply pigmented epoxy primer.
Broadcast quartz silica sand into epoxy primer.
Apply clear epoxy body coat.
Broadcast quartz silica sand into epoxy body coat.
Apply polyaspartic top coat.
METALLIC SYSTEM
Our metallic system is most popular in residential basements, as well as retail and commercial facilities. It is a non-textured system that incorporates epoxy and urethane. Our installation procedure is as follows:
Diamond grind concrete substrate.
Repair cracks, pits, spalls and other damage.
Apply pigmented water-based epoxy primer.
Apply metallic epoxy.
Apply water-based urethane top coat.
We have installed many of these systems in Oak Forest, Orland Park, Tinley Park, Mokena, Frankfort, as well as many surrounding communities.
